No film artist, playback singer, celebrity, or any other such person may be invited or brought to the program without prior written permission from Jeevanbharti Mandal. The program shall be conducted only in the name of the person in whose name the booking has been made. Invitation cards, if issued, shall also be in the same name.

The program must commence at the scheduled time and be completed within the stipulated time mentioned in the application form.

Serving or consuming cold drinks, tea, coffee, milk, ice cream, snacks, food, or any other refreshments is strictly prohibited in the compound, passages, and hall.

No admission fee or ticket may be charged for the program. Collection of donations, gifts, or any other money within the complex is strictly prohibited. Sale of tickets is also not permitted.

Jeevanbharti Mandal reserves the right to cancel the hall/building booking due to government directives, administrative reasons, or unavoidable circumstances. No dispute or claim shall be entertained in such cases.

The Hall booking Manager must be contacted to obtain the estimated bill. The required deposit must be paid accordingly. If the deposit is not paid, the program may not be permitted, and no dispute in this regard will be entertained.

Charges for gas and electricity consumed during the program shall be payable separately as applicable.

Any government or semi-government permissions required for conducting the program shall be obtained by the organizer. Jeevanbharti Mandal shall not be responsible for obtaining such permissions.

Equipment and facilities required for the program, including tables, chairs, mandal, sound system, lighting, and other related arrangements, must be procured through the agencies designated by Jeevanbharti Mandal.

All requirements must be communicated to the authorized agencies well in advance. The applicable charges and arrangements must be discussed and finalized beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute.

If internet facility is required, Jeevanbharti Mandal must be informed at least 3 days before the program. A separate deposit of ₹3,000/- shall be payable for the internet facility.
